Total inaction to complaint sent several times

I have sent several reminders regarding crediting back my amount of Rs. 2000 on usage of ATM facility on 15/5. There has been no response. I have complained to the ombudsman. Am yet to receive any action. I wish to inform that I will be approaching the consumer forum in this regard.
