ATM service failure complaint
Complaint regarding not recieving money from ATM

Dear sir,

Myself Nainagauri nandakishor joshi having a/c no. is 233-1-027875-3.

sir during withdrawing money from SBH (state bank of hyderabad) placed in CIDCO NANDED.As per command 5400/-(five thousand four hundred only) came out and again went back to atm.i have original slip of the transaction.the details are as below

Withdrawal Rs.5400

When i visited to state bank of hyderabad, branch Nanded and told the same problem to them they directly refuses for taking any action and told me to lodge complaint in standardcharted.

Plz do the needfull to get my money back in my account.
