Dear Concerned

I draw your kind attention to my complaint and your acknowledgement ref.227310786 dated 11.10.2008 regarding non dispense of cash from ATM installed at Bengali Market, New Delhi though my account no. 01201330009679 has been debited with Rs.10000/- on 11.10.2008 approximately at 19.10 hrs.

Even after a week my account has not been credited back with Rs.10000/-. I have contacted times and again to customer care on phone and being always replied that it will take another 48 hrs.

I am really shocked and surprised to note when I have been informed when asked for the status on contacting to customer care today that now my account will only be credited after 11 days.

I am unable to understand why my account has not been credited very next day since have tried to withdrawn from the bank’s own ATM not to other Bank.

You will also appreciate that I have been deprived from using my own funds since 11.10.2008 which is not at all acceptable to me.

I here by once again request you to please credit my above account with Rs.10000/- immediately along with interest @ 24% without any further loss of time since I am in need of money very badly.

In case my request has not been accepted immediately I will have no other alternative except to take up the matter with DBOD –RBI and also lodge with Consumer court for all the loss, harassment, mental torture and deprive of the right and will claim all the charges which will be incurred on this.
