Non receipt of DA along with the monthly pension

I had retired from DAE and joined Nuclear power corporation from 01/01/1998.After the 6th pay commission report my pension was Rs9226/-pm. On superannuation from NPC on 31/12, the DA amount was not added with monthly pension from 01/01 onwards till date. Please do the needful in settling my issue. Thanks.
