I have acquired a New Sim Card on 29.08.2009 from Ambattur. I have provided my Voter ID as proof for authentication.

I am to use this number in my New Black Berry Instrument on Pre - Paid basis. All my attempts to activate my AirtelBB service is in disarray.

Why such problems still exists even in activating the Premium service?

Even after 7 days I am unable to get the service activated. kindly do the needful
