Unavailability of blackberry service by airtel

I bought a blackberry 8520 phone from airtel on 2nd of sept they told me all features but to my shock after i took the phone and asked them to get blackberry service activated on my blackberry they said the service is not available for 10 days.

If airtel is not in a postion to provide the blackberry service then why are they doing advertising in newspaper and other ways .in other words its a purely a case of making customer fools .if they cant provide service on the blackberry handsets then they should stop saling the blackberry or should atleast infr the customer before he buys.

If they will take more time to activate my services then i think i will fight for my rights and i am posting it here so if there are more people like me and they read this even they do the same.

So no company know matter how big it is should play with customers money and should always take care of them.
