Non received provident fund ammount

Dear Sir,

I have worked for an organisation named,

Ats services pvt. ltd.

A-30 mohan coperative industrial

area mathura road new delhi.

I have summited my PF form in vazirpur pf office on 25 april. My PF account num. is-

dl/23930/6398. BUt till date tha particular ammount is not transferrd in my account. I have visited 2 times to the pf office regarding this, but didn"t got any response. They have assured me that ammount would be transfed in my account in 45 days but i didn"t received any ammount.

So i kindly request you to look into the matter, and do the needful. Thanking you
