Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Navratan Thakur ex Employee of ATW Nirman Pvt Ltd. EC-3, Sector-1, Saltlake, Kolkata-700064. I was working in this company from 15.04.2008 to 03.05.2010. I had left this company as per company s rule by giving one month notice. After living the company I came to know that my PF amount which was deducted from my salary Rs. 516/- P.M., that amount has never been deposited in my PF account. Above amount was deducted from may salary since 15.04.08 to 03.05.10. but I had not received my PF account number from my company. I had received my salary statement for the month of September- 08, this is one proof with me that the company had deducted my PF. also I had received a email from my company where they clearly mentioned that your salary is being credited to your account after deduction of PF. that means they had deducted PF every month from my salary but they have not deposited the same iin the PF department.

So this is for your kind information. It s my kind request to look into this issue & guide me to take the necessary legal action against them.

I will appreciate your early action in this regard.
