Not Refunding Money

Hello,

I booked a flat with this company Name Nitishree, I paid 1, 72000 14, 56000 thru Axis Bank Loan. The delivery date of the flat was in April.

They still havent delivered. When I visited the site there was no work being done in my section and I expect it will take more than 1 year to get it done.

I requested them for refund but they are saying company dont have fund to refund.

Please help me to get the money back from this fraud company.
