Poor custoner service

Hi,

I Qumar Naqques gave my cellphone (model: SX200) for service to an authorized service centre for Fly mobiles at below mentioned address:

on 5th Oct (Jobsheet No:12976/1307). The problem was with the charger port as informed by your people. And was told to me that the charge would be Rs. 180:00 as its not under warranty.

I followed up several times, spoke to different people, and got date after date. And was informed that the company is not providing the charger ports with this particular model. I already wasted my time and money on calling them and visiting their service cetre couple of times and above all so much mental hassle and inconvinience.

Even several requests and prayer didn't worked. And at last I spoke to someone today. And Finally got the information which was expected... that the issue couldn't be resolved. Have to buy a new cellphone.

So, It would be request in writing, Please get this issue resolved ASAP
