I'm worried about my identity which will be used in an illegal activies

Dear Sir,
i have received an email this morning but i see it on 11: 30 am morning when i loggin my email address i send an email to reply in cibu15@aol.com then they again send me that i'm the winner of 400000 USD i it was at 11:49 am so plz inform me is it true or fake or fraud
i just call him he not speaking good english language but i did call him 3 times and he speak at last when i call him at my third attempt he said send me the number you got and for that he send a message to my mobile number from his no which i enclosed below with his name. But when i call him to claim after giving him the numbers he cut my call. Then i send him a Claim form with my full name, address, occupation, my mob no all landline no and payment mode. he didn't respond. Then i search for the australian lottery inc i got the suspect that it was an email scam now i worried by my identity stolen or could be used in any illegal activities to create an account of my name and get the benefit to fraud to some one
