Sir/Madam,
The staff of your authorised service center at Tilak Road, Pune Authorised centre are not capable of handling the cases properly. They handle atmost 10 calls in almost 1.30 hrs. It is very inconvinient for the customers who come there and have to wait for almost more than 2 hrs just because he has some issue with the mobile phone of your company. The customers which are using Sony Erricsons phones comes to service centre only because they have some issue with your handsets or accessories.
It is very disgraceful to see such cases as customer needs service.
If it is the case then the customer will have to think twice or thrice before buying your product.
You need to think on such situations where the customer is dissatisfied because of the quality of the service and response he receives.
One more thing, I submitted my handset for one issue and when I received it back the issue was fixed but a new issue was introduced in it. If this is the case then I would like to prefer use handset of some other company and will not suggest any of my friends or family member to buy the product of your company.
One more thing you are from customer and not the customer is from you.
