Drunken auto drive

Hi, I am an mba student in SIBM. yesterday at 8pm i took an auto (MH12 RA 3995) in swargate (pune). i realized that auto driver is drunk, so i got down to took another auto. But an another person came and said he will drive that same auto and he told drunk driver to sit with me. i got down at FC road, meter was showing "33". He asked me to pay 60 rs. a heated argument went between me and those two auto drivers. They were totally drunk and they were almost ready to manhandle if i don't pay 60rs. I paid 60 rs in the hope of teaching him a lesson through police. I called police control room (100) at 9 pm, but no one was picking up my call!

most shocking incident is not only about auto but reality that no was picking up my call in police control room. I realized that we have to protect ourselves.

is this how pune works?..
