Auto charge hikes

On 12/11 I traveled in the auto no. AP 12 V 1735 in hyderabad from Himayath Nagar (opp. TTD) to King Kothi X Roads. The guy did not insist on meter and told he would charge Rs.15. As the nominal charge as i was fine with it. But as soon as i reached the destination he said the charge is Rs.50.

After many people gathering around he was accepting to take Rs.20.

I request the Govt of Andhra Pradesh takes strict action against the auto drivers those who either say that the meters are not functioning well, or for hike charge and for not taking the passengers on Meter. This scenario is usually seen even outside every railway station.
