I own a Tata Indigo Dicor 2007 model, i service my vehicle at regular intervals though the Autofin ppl need prior appointments for the service. in the 2nd free service i complained some noise in the Gearbox, then i got a reply from the technician that the noise will calm down in the long run. and the same complaint was again in the 3rd service, by my surprise the same reply from the different technician. in the 4th service the gear box got ruined, which is under warrenty period. Now Autofin people blaming me for for not getting the service at right time and not chaging the gear oil in time, though its theirs duty to change the gear oil in the 3rd service.where in the service people call me and asked for the serive done bills where we can see the negligance of the service centre. Now they are rejecting to replace my gear box and make it paid for the repair. this is how they behave post buying a car.
