Non replacement of defected tyre

I have purchased on 08th April, a bike from Auto Link situated in Borivali, he has delivered me bike comprising defected Tyre. I have requested to the owner many times for replacement but he is not taking responsibility and given me only letters of different showrooms and also approached to them for replacement but they also not providing tyre. I am very disappointed from all of this. So please tell them to provide me services of replacement at the earliest.
