Sir,

I work for a automobile company in Siliguri, our registering authority is ARTO Siliguri, which has its district headqouater at Darjeeling.

The vehicle we sale get the Permanent Registartion, but due to agitation in Darjeeling the All Bengal permits are not issued to vehicles registered under WB73 now to ply the vehicle without permit is a offence and if caught huge penalty is imposed, and if met with accident the claims are out rightly rejected, previously when same agitation was there the office had arranged alternate and permits were issued from siliguri itself, request you to see into the matter, as general public is loosing money and so is the government and its also encouraging corruption.
