Intrest, latefee, ser.tax, over due amount

I had paid my last bill amounting Rs.22671.93 through electronic transfer from my HDFC bank account on 02.07.09 much before due date. I had also received confirmation of the transfer.

Yesterday, I received my latest statement showing non payment of my previous bill and therefore included intrest, late fee, ser.tax and overdue amount (total Rs.2475.93)

If you see my previous record, I have alwas paid my dues well in time.

I would take up the matter with HDFC bank for this laps.

You are requested to please remove the Late fee & Over due amounts.
