Service Centre has cheated me

Dear Sir,

As written in my earlier mail on 14th Oct, I went to the Service Centre again to give them another chance to do the necessary work as my cars performance has really gone down after service. But as written earlier these guys are bluntly not accepting any further work and even after seeing that the smoke coming out is black and not normal, they just say its normal. Moreover the collant box which they replaced is also leaking and the coolant is spilling in the bonet cabin but they just dont accept it and say its normal. The gear box and cluch have become so hard that it is difficult to take control of the car. It was actually better before service than it is now.

I want to file a case of fodgery against this service centre of Tata Motors and want Tata Motors to take serious action against the cheating these guys are doing with the customers of such a respected brand. If somebody knows how I can proceed in this regard, please let me know the same.
