Overcharging and attack by autorickshawala

I sat in the rickshaw on 26th November at 10.30 a.m. in Pune Just after sitting in the rickshaw, the meter started incrementing in a couple of minutes and when I brought it to the notice of the rickshawala, he told me that I have to pay 20 rupees for that. when i said that i will only give 15 max, he attacked me and took my pocket in his hands and started taking out money...

Please punish such rude and gunda auto driver as soon as possible.
