Auto Rickshaw
High fare demand & wrong reading of the mete

I almost everyday travel by auto rickshaw from shivajinagar to Dr.batra clinic near RTO, Pune. Everyday i am being charged between Rs. 15 & Rs. 17. but today, Autorickshaw driver charged me Rs.25 & was showing me the meter reading card. i do not know how to read that & how it goes about. so i said to him that i daily pay Rs.15. but he started quarelling & did not admit that he is charging more. could you please tell me how his meter reading was different from others.
