Auto Rickshaw denied to take the passenge

AUTO NO MH03R0649. TIME:- 2:20 PM ON 10/12.
This Rickshaw driver refuse to take me from ville Parle to
santacruz without giving me any reason.
In return being rude he replied "Jisko complain karna ho kar
do, Muzhe koi farak nahi padaga".
My only say to this is if such people are given lisence of public transport then it would be difficult for any of us to travel.
