Meter was too fast

Number: KA - 05 -AA - 1759

Complaints:

1. The meter was fast by about Rs 30. We took an auto from Koramangla to Marathalli and it cost Rs 67, on the way back this auto charged us Rs. 98.

2. It is mandatory in Banglore for the auto driver to display his/her license, this auto driver's was not displayed and he insisted that we go and make a complaint.
