Auto Driver refusing to ply

Dear Sir,

I had just come out of McDonalds at Borivali (w), link road, along with a friend of mine when we saw this vacant Auto standing at that place. We wanted to go to Borivali stn., and we told him dat. He blatantly refused without even giving us a reason and told us to search for another rickshaw. But he happily agreed to take another passenger who wanted to go to a place of his liking, and sped off, leaving us stranded. It took us almost 15 minutes to get another rickshaw from that place. The rickshaw's registration number was MH 02 Z 7775. It was 06.30pm in the evening on 6th July. He ws wearing a white shirt and white pant, so am guessing that he was the owner of that rickshaw. This kind of behavior on his part was really irritating, and I request you to please take stirn action against him,
