Auto rickshaw fares and their monoplo in delhi

Dear sir/Madam

Today I was returning from new delhi railway station. When I asked for autorickshaw they said they will charge Rs 150 for Tilak nagar, I said that its too much as I am regular to this place and I am aware of actual charges. Negotiations went on for some time and then said even if you will take pre paid, you will have same charge, I said let me take Prepaid then. Then number of autorickshaw surrounded us and they started saying Rs 30 we will have to give for number. I said why dont you follow the rule and go by meter..They said no one will go by meter. Somehow they have agreed for Rs 130.

Even if you take prepaid, they have their internal setting. I want to ask the government that We vote for you, to see these days. They dont have badges, they dont follow the rules. They are charging as they want. They dont want to go by meter..

What does govt is doing ..the water is going above head...
