Meter Tampering

On Friday 25th September i took an auto, register number KA03A278 from Banaswadi to 100ft road 12th main junction, Indiranagar. I travel this distance on a daily basis and the regular metre fair is Rs. 37. On this day the auto meter, (KA03A278) driven by Nityananda, came up to Rs.50. On informing him of the considerable distance on getting out of the auto, as well as when the meter changed before hand, which was at 1.5kms as against the regular 2kms for Rs.14 He insisted that the meter comes up to more and later refused to return my change when asked to come to the police station.
