Banged car and ran away

Auto no MH 02 SA 3046 banged my car in slow moving traffic (10 kms) by rashly cutting lanes and damaged my car.
He said that he would pull over to the side but escaped into a side road.
This happened on Saturday 24th October at St Blaise Church-CaesarRroad-Amboli junction, Andheri East at around 2 pm.
Please help in submitting complaint to the correct department and penalising the driver.
