Not having humanity for a wheelchair patient

My mother had some tests at Hiranadani Hospital, Powai but she was in wheelchair due to which we have to catch an auto... only 4 buildings away from the hospital we reside but after tests were done we were waiting for an auto..there were nearly 7 autos outside the hospital but none came... even i told them that there is a patient in wheelchair due to which we want an auto for help. Does Humanity exist. I am really pissed off with these autowalas i dont say all but at least 80% are bad. I have came across many autowalas who dont even bother to stop, I never complained just let it go but today it was limit, my mom was not able to walk and she was in wheelchair and in pain. I think some rules must be passed for these auto walas. This is the first time I am complaining i hope this is heard...
