Complaint for the Auto Rickshaw driver (badge no. 117126)

This is to draw your attention towards the misconduct of an auto rickshaw driver having badge no. 117126.

I took the auto (Registration no MH12 - EF 7860) from Pune Railway Station to Parihar Chowk, Aundh around 5.30pm on 04th Sept. When we got down at Parihar chowk the meter reading was 9.9kms. The fare should have been around Rs. 85. But the auto driver was asking for Rs.100. In addition to it Rs.10 more for the luggage. When I asked him to show the rate card he refused and started shouting in an abusive language. I gave him Rs.100 but he didn't returned the remittance. As soon as I started noting his auto number he ran away.

Request you to kindly take the necessary action against such incidence happening in Pune which can curb such malpractices.
