Tampered meter over charging

Auto number AP 13X 8855 has a tampered meter i took an auto from sec bad to baghlingampally and his meter came Rs.60/- but when i went from baghlingampally to sec bad it jus costed me Rs.45/- and the auto from sec bad to baghlingampally spoke very rudely... very ill mannered... pls i request the consumer forum to look after this issue...
