Auto rickshaw in UP

I want to bring to your notice the unregulated rates of autorickshaws. Unlike delhi, UP rickshaws donot have a reasonable rate card. In addition to that they have faulty meters. I am a girl traveling at night. Autorickshaw no UP 06 T2578 charged me Rs. 180 from sector 37 to Pari chowkh and flashed 34 KMS!!! Which is Impossible! Time was around 8pm. It doesn't even count for night fares!!! As i was alone i had to pay the rowdy driver.

Dear Govt.,

I f you listening do something about it. Why should i vote for you otherwise if you can't straighten a small issue like this? It's time we remove corruption at grass root level... If you can prove them, you rule the UTTAR PRADESH... not ULTA PRADESH!!!
