Auto rickshaw over charging
Over charging/ meter fast

I hired an auto rickshaw on 24th October at 6.15 pm from Hingwala Lane, Ghatkopar, Mumbai - 77 to Kurla Terminus Pipeline road near jain derasar. the usual fare as per reading is Rs.15.00. the meter in this auto showed Rs.19.00 and the fare he demanded was Rs.20/-. On asking about the rise in fare he disagreed to it and demanded the full money. he charged me Rs.19.00 for the same then. The Re.1/- he reduced obviously means he was aware of the rigging of the meter. Please do the needful so as to stop him from looting innocent customer. the auto rickshaw no. was MH-03-Q-882.
