Dear sir/madam,

I am passing by inorbit mall goregoan west. There are several auto rickshaws standing opposite Hypercity mall but none of them willing to come jogeshwari east if asked for the reason same reply "we don't want to Go". As I waited there for almost half-n-hour for an auto rickshaw. As per my knowledge any public transport (Auto, Taxi) driver should go where I want to go.

This is a serious issue to look into if any one is seriously need an Auto or taxi in any kind of emergency who will be responsible for this kind of scenario. Few days ago one rickshaw driver shout at me” go and raise a compliant or call police if you don’t have number I’ll provide you the same”. For this, I also write a compliant but have not received any call or follow-up. Find below detail and take an appropriate action.
