Rowdism by an Auto driver in Bangalore

This is one of the top most scaring experience which i faced in Bangalore by an auto driver. On 12/05 evening 8.30 pm i entered in to an auto KA-02 8840 from Spar Hypermarket to go to Jayadeva Hospital (distance is approximately 1.5km.) with my friend. After moving the vehicle he asked me 40rs, then i told him to put meter but he denied. The main interesting thing was in that vehicle there were no driver details board. And at last he stopped the vehicle in a non crowded area ie. opposite side of Jayadeva hospital's back gate, when i asked him to drop us to the main gate area, he denied and started shouting on us. Because of this kind of attitude how people can assure the travel safety in Auto and also it will affect to the reputation of all other drivers who are treating nicely. So here i am requesting to give proper advice to this kind of drivers.
