Overcharge and non compliance to usage of mete

I was charged Rs 50/- from chinchwad chowk to Tata Motors main gate, when I asked the reason for such an huge charge for a distance of hardle 1.5 km, the reply I got back was that he is charging me for the return as well; which was against the law; as I was travelling in broad daylight at around 10 am.

Secondly when I asked him to charge me as per the meter, the reply i got was that they dont use the meter in pimpri chinchwad; which was a news to me. I hail from pune and everywhere we are been charged as per metered bill.

These rick walas are cheating the customer by overcharging them and needs to be stopped and a criminal case needs to be booked against these, as they are not following the law laid by govt.
