AUTO SWIVEL SWEEPER
Swivel Sweeper stopped working

Dear Sir SWIVEL SWEEPER ORDER NO : 0013247 DT 6 MARCH I had ordered for the AUTO SWIVEL SWEEPER through the advertisement appearing in MUMBAI MIRROR dated March. The delivery was made through VALUEMARTSHOPPING CATALOGUE PRIVATE LIMITED. They had assured me of "prompt after sales service" and hence bought up this very expensive product. The Swivel Sweeper stopped working from June and after nearly repeated phonecalls to Valuemart at Vikhroli, the needful has still not been undertaken. They promised to send their technicians - 15 days have passed after that 5th call and till now nothing hasbeen done. I would be obliged if you could look into this matter. The product is good but expensive. I would like to know in what best possible way the Swivel Sweeper can be repaired orexchanged.
