Poor Service And Forcelful wheel Balancing otherwise threatened to void warranty

I Went to Hira Automobiles Patiala on sunday 12/4/09 for send free service of My Swift Dzire VDI (PB11AL 3544) and attended by Mr Gurvinder Singh (Supervisor). He told me to get wheel balanced. I told him that i have driven it up to 150 Km/H but there is no problem, u take the test drive of the car and do whatever is necessary but according to me its not required. He said, i'll void the warranty if u do not agree to do so. i told him to show me the schedule which says that wheel balancing is necessary after 5000 kms or the warranty is voided but he failed to produce the same, i had to agree to him unwillingly and i told him that. i left the car and came back home. when i went to take back the car i saw not less than 20-25 stones were struck in each tyre of the car. i showed it to the supervisor and asked for explanation that with so many stones, how did u managed to get the wheel balanced, he was shocked and speechless. He talked to the senior officials but they were speechless too. then one person said that the car had gone for a test drive after service and when i asked for the test drive gate pass they were again speechless. when i forced then they brought the register after 30minutes with bogus entries and false timings. I was till now fed up of all the drama. i saw my speedometer and it had not moved more than 50meters and i wonder how they managed to take the test drive tin 50meters. i was loosing my temper so i decided to come back rather than creating a scene but i was very very disappointed. Even the washing quality was very poor. This kind of bluffing and forceful service and threatning to void warranty is not done in a dealer workshop that to a limited workshop like Hira Automobiles. That was unbelievable. I have lost my faith in maruti now.
