Mini Pen Interview Recorder - 3rd Rate Product

I am also been cheated by AVA. I placed an order for a Mini Pen Interview Recorder for Rs 1950 delivery charges of Rs 100 on 19/5/09 and the item was delivered on 29/5/09. Believe it or not, the item had no label, no name, the invoice was a photo copy, the instruction was also a photo copy, the packing had no id and most importantly the item was faulty. I called up the customer service, they took the details as if they were expecting my call and said they will have it picked up after 15 days, investigate the problem, repair it and send it 15 days after it is ready for delivery. I knew they had taken me for a ride. The mystery here is that this company is being promoted by ICICI Bank? I don't know why ICICI is doing this? Do they want one more black more? I ADVISE THE INDIAN PUBLIC NOT TO BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM AVA NO MATTER WHAT.
