Withdrawal of Provident Fund

My employers have submitted my PF withdrawal form on 30thJul09 and till date there is no reply.

I have also send a registered letter to PF office in Kandiwali. My account no. 94720/122.

I also wish to inform you that none of the staff answers telephone call.

Kindly arrange to pay the PF due to me at the earliest as this money is required for the medical treatment.
