Product Not Delivered, Payment Theft from Credit Card

I have ordered a product worth of Rs.2500 through my credit card while i was travelling in Air Deccan Flight from Chennai to Kolkatta. As per the offer catelogue served by the air hostess and the AVA mercantile company's assurance the product will be dispatched within 15 days to the communication address. It was orderd during June but still date i have not received the product or any feed back from the company eventhough i have made several phone, email complaints, but the payment is sucked by the FRAUD COMPANY.
