Defective mobile phone

I had purchased a blackberry 8100 mobile phone through AVA Merchandising vide thier invoice AMC/41121`dated 14 jun.

The subject handset was supplied and was defective the same was informed to the company representative telephonically on the 06 jul one Mr Noor attended the call and the company promised to get the set replaced within 14 days. After numerous complaints to AVA Merchandising the set was collected on 09 jul for replacement/ repairs and has not been returned to date.

The company representatives do not give a satisfactory reply nor do they provide any other telephone number on which query's can be posted / addressed.
