Non receiving of items of order no. 040121005

Refer their SMS on my cell no. 99415214348 on 17-09 at 8-14pm

"Your order for COMBO OFFER VALENPOLO BAG has been processed, order confirmation no. 040121005. The product will be delivered within 14 working days. Thank you."

Further in reference to a telephonic call from AVA merchandising at 6.53 pm on my cell no. 09415214348 on 04-11, let me remind that since October 10th I am getting mail from the co. that they have already dispatched the goods vide docket no. 900041124 of First logistics.

Today I heard from gentle lady that due to non availability of stock the product was not send to me & therefore I requested for refund for the same. I had not made any request for refund, the co. is wiling for refund.

The call centre is so rude that when I tried to ask order taking persons for my order status, the she told me "yaha call karne se kuch nahi hoga Complaint cell me bat karo." Your complaint no puts customers always on Hold, but order taking nos. are working.

It is clear case of fraud that you are making with customers by collecting money in advance & not sending goods.

Again I would like to remind you that the company has breached the trust of customer therefore I have decided to take the help of LAW for misguiding & cheating me.
