I was cheated by AVA Merchandising

ICICI showing as first EMI but i have not received any product from AVA.

AVA merchandising Customer care officer has convinced me take a product called KODAK digital camera 10MP at Rs.7999/- along with free gift of Reabok bag. But later i came to know the same Company has send a catalog through different Credit card statement that mentioning same product at Rs.7200/-. The same has been conveyed to AVA people they said its depends on different companies credit cards. Then immediately i have told AVA people to cancel it immediately. But later they have send the product to my house and collected it back through DTDC courier.

But they have suggested me to take another product for same amount which i did not accept. But ICICI credit card people are charging EMIs on my credit card. Kindly advise me what should i do? Such a worst situation nobody should face it.
