Product Not Delivered

I placed order to avamerchandising "order No-160067994" dated 2-feb and got the order confirmation on 5-feb saying that order will be delivered with in 21 working days amount also debited from my creditcard, But when I called to customer care for the status of the order this product is not yet dispatched, even after one and half month. Whenever I am asking the status their answer is like this only these people are not even clear when they dispatch the product and not even creating complaint for my problem. I am sending mails since last 7 days daily but these people not replying on that also, Now I feel fraud happened to me and this company is not reliable. Now I want this money immediately with 3% interest PM as they charged my creditcard.
