AVA merchandising
Not yet received the ordered materials

This is very sadly I am briefing that I did booked 2 no of product from AVA Merchandising through phone on 15th Aug. The guy (who booked the order) did inform me that "you will received the order with in 14 working day", but instead of 14 working days, 18 working days is all ready over and still I do not receive my ordered materials.

My order confirmation no is 040114960

Out of six EMI, 1st EMI already claimed by bank to me on 4th Sept.

If I do not receive the same soon, I will go to the consumer court
