AVA merchandising
NIkon Camera not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I had made a transaction for the product "Nikkon Coolpix Camera L14 701" on 04-Jul, from AVA Merchandising, but still the product has not been delivered to me. When I placed the order it was told to me that the product will be dispatched to me within 14 working days. On 21st July, I received a message from the server of AVA Merchanidising that my product has been dispatched to the courier services (FIRST LOGISTICS) and the docket number is (900044364). I called the First Logistics Courier Services (Delhi branch & Kolkata branch) and provided them with the docket number, but after the verification, it was said that there is no product with such docket number.

I again called up the Customer Care of AVA Merchandising and from there it was told that the docket number that has been provided to me is wrong. After that I called up the customer care continuosly and the CRO's went on taking complains. But till date I have not received the product.
