This is with reference to the subject above. I have purchased the Item No. 1043 from your good office and you have debited the full amount of Rs. 1490/- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety only) from my HDFC Bank A/c. No. 03071050016434 on dated 22/09. While going through the statement of Credit Card for the current month i.e. October you have charged me Rs. 248.33 (Rupees Two Hundred Forty Eight and Paise Thirty Three only) against EMI for the Product Code No. 1043. Against that EMI bank has debited

Rs. 197.34 as Finance charge – Retail

Rs. 91.55 as Finance charge – Cash

Rs. 34.66 as Service Tax @ 12%

Rs. 1.03 as Cess Tax @ 1%

On 22-09-08 my Credit Balance in my Credit card was Rs. 640/- (Rs. Six Hundred Forty only) and you have debited Rs. 850/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Fifty only) for which I have paid Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) on 28-09 and Rs. 350/- (Rupees Three Hundred Fifty only) on 11-10

I request your good self to please Credit the amount of Rs. 324.58 (Rupees Three hundred Twenty four and paise Fifty Eight) AND Rs. 1490/- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety only) (to continue my EMI for 6 months) to my HDFC Bank A/c. 03071050016434.

Please do the needful and confirm at the earliest.
