Product not delivered but my credit card charged

Hi,

I placed an order on 23rd Nov and till now I have not recieved the Watch that I have ordered for. My SBI credit card was debited on 25th Nov only for Rs. 590/=. My mobile no. is 9850627908.

I already talked to the Customer Care many times and everytime they say that it was out of stock and i would recieve the product in next 4 days. Its now almost 1 month.

Please get my order cancelled immediately and let my money be refunded to my card.
