Paramount offered a "scratch & save" coupon on its flight from Madurai to Chennai, with in my case a Louis Quartz watch as the reward, for a Rs. 500 'handling fee'. This watch came with no serial number (necessary for guarantee), name of make, etc. It appears, as other complaints have indicated, to be a cheap replica. Maybe AVA doesn't care, but isn't Paramount concerned about its reputation? What does it say about how it views its passengers?
