Faulty product

I had taken the Air Deaccan flight from Chennai to bangalore.

I had participated in the Bidding option in the flight in complete good faith that the products displayed on the catalogue will be good and genuine and will be handed over to me in working condition. I had won the Product Slimming belt. The products were from AVA the dream merchants.

The product was handed over to me on the flight after the payment.

After reaching home when I opened the product and tried using to my utter surprise neither the product was working nor there was any manual/ literature provided with the product neither I was given and receipt for the payment made.

I am quite dismayed with this experience as a the product delivered to me is defective and does not work.

I hope the company's realise that by cheating consumers they are not going to establish names for themselves.
